Grow2Perform was founded by Simon Jervis a Level 4 RFU Coach with 15 years experience of teaching and coaching sports in schools.

Grow2Perform provides professional level coaching which includes 121 coaching, mentorship and camps to help young people develop their performance at the same time as promoting the core values of teamwork, discipline, respect, enjoyment and resilience.
Our camps offer the opportunity for young people to develop their skills and to then apply them in a game situation. We hope that everyone who attends our camps will make new lasting friendships to help to develop a lifelong habit of participation in sports.
Small group sessions
1-2-1 coaching does not suit all young athletes, so we also run small group training sessions.
What our young people and parents say
Both my son’s (Year 7 & 8) have been working with Grow2Perform individually and in groups as well as attending the camps since the early summer 2020. They look forward to each session every week and return exhausted both mentally and physically but still wanting more.
